Attached AIDA Application to become a Member Template, this should be used when applying to become a member of AIDA.
Attached AIDA Subscription Exemption Template which should be used whenever applying for a subscription exemption. Chapters are reminded that exemptions are only granted for one year and that total exemptions are very rarely entertained - a percentage of the subscription is expected to be paid.
